Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it

We are planning from abroad and the supplier includes DJ set after dinner, one handheld mic and recorded music until midnight. The number is EUR 320-560, but the venue says the permit is the couple's job and the amount is not listed.

The most useful reply split music permit, base price, staff, timing and VAT in Verona, Veneto. Once the quote was read that way, EUR 320-560 became easier to compare.

I would ask first for number of sound points, setup time, lights, microphone, overtime and SIAE/music-permit handling. The image and the case suggest music is part atmosphere and part logistics, so write both into the quote. In this thread, "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.

Thank you, this changed how I read the quote. I am now asking for gear, lights, permits, timing and overtime in writing before deciding. In this thread, "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.

For music, ask about equipment, microphone, lights, setup time, end time and music permits. A DJ is not comparable only by playlist. I would keep this question open until the supplier replies in writing, because the small unclear line is usually the expensive one. This is my check 1 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

Clarify breaks, technical backup and overtime after midnight. These are small details only until the party keeps going. For this specific thread, I would write "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it" at the top of the supplier recap so everyone answers the same case. This is my check 2 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

With a live band, separate live sets, DJ backup and empty moments. A higher quote may include real continuity. Because the event is in Verona, Veneto, I would also ask who is reachable on the day, not only who sends the quote. This is my check 3 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

I would ask for a simple included/excluded table with VAT, time limits and cancellation terms. With EUR 420-580, the quote should be readable without chasing calls. With EUR 420-580, the useful comparison is the calm one: same hours, same guests, same responsibilities. This is my check 4 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

Compare only quotes with the same guest count and the same service hours. If one supplier counts five hours and another counts eight, the total is not really comparable. I would keep this question open until the supplier replies in writing, because the small unclear line is usually the expensive one. This is my check 5 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

I would not negotiate before understanding the vague lines. First close what can still move; then decide whether to remove something or look elsewhere. For this specific thread, I would write "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it" at the top of the supplier recap so everyone answers the same case. This is my check 6 for "Verona wedding music permit: who actually files it", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.
