Milan DJ at EUR 900: fair price if lights and microphone are basic
We are planning from abroad and the supplier includes console, two speakers, small light kit and wireless microphone. The number is EUR 900 for five hours, but overtime and music permits are not explained.

I would ask first for number of sound points, setup time, lights, microphone, overtime and SIAE/music-permit handling. The image and the case suggest music is part atmosphere and part logistics, so write both into the quote. In this thread, "Milan DJ at EUR 900: fair price if lights and microphone are basic" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.

Thank you, this changed how I read the quote. I am now asking for gear, lights, permits, timing and overtime in writing before deciding. In this thread, "Milan DJ at EUR 900: fair price if lights and microphone are basic" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.
