Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?

The style is exactly right, but every answer takes a week. We only need bouquet, boutonniere and one small table setup.

Claire sent one gentle but firm recap with delivery hour, bouquet size and payment date. People suggested keeping a second florist warm, without drama.

I would ask first for three comparable options with the same guest count, same date window and same service level. Without that, every supplier answers a different question and the budget becomes impossible to read. In this thread, "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.

Author update: I am asking for the same scenario in writing, with guests, hours and extras, before paying the next instalment. In this thread, "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?" is the line I would use so the supplier understands the problem quickly.

Ask who will physically be there on the event day in Venice, Veneto. The person selling the service is not always the person solving problems on site. I would keep this question open until the supplier replies in writing, because the small unclear line is usually the expensive one. This is my check 1 for "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

For a destination wedding, check day-of coordination, transport, rain plan and payment milestones. It is risk management, not only aesthetics. For this specific thread, I would write "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?" at the top of the supplier recap so everyone answers the same case. This is my check 2 for "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.

When a price says "starting from", ask for three scenarios: minimum realistic, recommended and complete. That shows where the final total can land. Because the event is in Venice, Veneto, I would also ask who is reachable on the day, not only who sends the quote. This is my check 3 for "Florist replies very slowly: should we keep looking?", so the replies stay on the real case rather than a generic Italy event.
